Beckmann Architecture were appointed to carry out the technical design and schedule of works for this lovely house’s extensions and renovation. Key to our clients aspirations were that the extensions and alterations integrate with the original dwelling at the front and provide a contemporary twist at the rear which floods the main spaces with natural light. Through re-use of the unique brick stock, bespoke window frames (a feature of the original house), sourcing reclaimed tiles, and sensitively used render, we have been able to make the alterations appear as though they were a part of the original house.
